My Orders

To start, add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart whilst browsing our store. Once you’re happy and would like to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for your K&K goods - we will ship your package within 3-5 business days.

Yes, Of Course you can as long as your order has not been fulfilled and shipped.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at Support@kklab.co.uk with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to K&K LABS LTD. This amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at Support@kklab.co.uk before your order is shipped.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days exclude bank holidays and or weekends. 

If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, please contact support@kklab.co.uk to verify your email address.

If you have an K&K account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

With every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

Already have an account?

First, log into your K&K account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Keep in mind that orders shipped with Standard Untracked shipping will not have a tracking number and have a 9-12 business days transit time.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can use the same email address that you placed your order with to create an account and it will appear under "My Orders".

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. If the order was packaged on the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

Shipping

K&K LABS LTD. ships with Royal Mail. This can take anywhere between 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) in the UK. And up to 21 days on international postage facilities.

First class and guaranteed next day delivery options are available at checkout for England & Northern Ireland customers. All other shipping outside of these zones will be shipped with standard tracked and signed delivery options, unless international priority is selected during checkout.

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. 

Neither K&K LABS LTD. and Royal Mail are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. 

K&K LABS LTD. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Orders over £50 will qualify for free shipping in England & Northern Ireland.

Orders over £50 outside of England & Northern Ireland will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. We send your order with Royal Mail or DPD in the UK, and DHL or UPS for international orders. We aim to ship products within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. We use a signed for service for all items - check below to discover shipping information for your region. We will always show the final shipping amount, at checkout, before you confirm your order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with any tracking links. For any delayed or lost parcels, it is best to check with the courier with tracking info provided in your shipping email in the first instance, before contacting us.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - 2 to 4 WORKING DAYS

We offer free shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail second class signed for.

Our free delivery option takes 2 to 4 working days.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - 1 to 2 WORKING DAYS

Choose our Next day delivery option at checkout. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, subject to availability.

SHIPPING TO USA - From 7-14 WORKING DAYS

Please note that for USA the shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes for orders over $800 USD

We use a tracked service with Royalmail and local delivery services to ship your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched. 

We are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery cannot be completed within three attempts your order may be returned to us and result in an automatic refund, however we will try to contact you in this case.

Product care + details

Our most popular scarf size is 90cm x 90cm square (35inch square). However, we also have other sizes such as 140cm x 140cm, 50cm x 170cm and  70cm x 180cm to suit your needs.  

K&K SCARVES are 100% handmade by our co-founder Kim Ansah. Kim does all the drawings and the art side of things- the fun stuff! When it comes to printing onto the fabric, we get them printed in China. Rest assured, we make sure to choose a place that is ethical, treats workers fairly and we make sure that the quality of our products are top notch!

We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, scarf colours can vary slightly in different lighting!

Returns & exchanges

We operate a 14 day returns policy from when you receive your order - you will need to contact us to advise us of your intentions to return within 14 days. 

If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund (except for Christmas gifts where the period is extended). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase inside your parcel. Please include a note with your name, order number, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether you can return an item, please contact our customer services team before sending.

Once goods are received back to us, they will be checked and, if applicable, a refund will be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest using a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them. Your refund will be issued to the card used when placing the order once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a refund from date of receipt of goods.
